The cocktail story is unclear, and no one can say who actually created the recipe. The first recipe recorded is in the Mr Boston Official Cocktail Guide from 1974, the year I was born. If you like tequila cocktails, the Rosita is one for you to try, and why not make it for your house party?

ROSITA

- 45 ml / 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
- 15 ml / .5 oz Vermouth Rosso
- 15 ml / .5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 15 ml / .5 oz Campari Bitter
- 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Express and drop a Grapefruit zest. Enjoy!
