How To: Make Birthday Cake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious cookies full of birthday cake flavor, loaded with white chocolate chips, chocolate chips & sprinkles. Learn how to make "Birthday Cake Chocolate Chip Cookies" at home. These cookies are so easy to make and will disappear fast!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 sticks salted butter - melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups cake mix ( vanilla, butter, white, or yellow)
2 cups flour - sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sprinkles

Mix ingredients together to form a cookie dough. Scoop out 1/8 cup (2 Tablespoons) of dough. Chill dough overnight. When ready to bake, remove dough from fridge and thaw 10 -15 minutes, to take the chill off. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 13 - 15 minutes. Allow them to cool on sheet for 5 minutes(the cookies will be a little "puffed" and slightly deflate once they completely cool), and transfer to wired racks.
