How To Make Chocolate Buns - By One Kitchen Episode 140

These chocolate buns are just perfect and soooo soft! YUM


You will need:
630g of plain flour
5-7 g of fresh yeast
425 ml of water
½ tsp of salt
2 tbsp of oil
110-120 g of chocolate (I used baking solid chocolate pieces)
2 tbsp of sugar

Glaze:
50 ml of boiling water
50 ml sugar

Turn oven to 190 degrees C convection or 210 C regular and bake for 10-12 minutes
