How To Make Christmas Tree Cookies - By One Kitchen Episode 337

Time for some real christmas cookies! CHRISTMAS TREES!

5-6 sheets of cookies
You will need:
270 g of flour
170 g of butter
½ tsp of ammonium carbonate
110 g of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Glaze:
Egg whites (I used pasteurized egg whites)
Icing sugar
Red, Green, Brown and Yellow food coloring paste.

Bake for 5 minutes at 175 degrees C convection or 5 minutes at 195 degrees C regular oven.
