Because of lockdown, my Harold requested for a palabok from Jollibee which is his favorite..so to satisfy his craving I made one for him.

ingredients

1 head garlic for toasting(toasted garlic)
shrimp (php 50.00 only)
chicharon you can buy ready to eat in store(50-100 pesos)
1/2 kilo bihon

300 grams ground pork
1 big onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp achuete
salt and pepper to taste
2 packs mama sita's palabok
Patis
kalamansi
boiled eggs- 6 or more
spring onion
