In a large bowl mix :
9 cups All Purpose Flour
4 1/2 T. Baking Powder
1 1/2 T. salt
Mix w/ hand mixer or pastry cutter, then add:
1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening (or coconut or canola oil or butter) Mix well until the fat is fully incorporated in the flour . Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag in your fridge for 3 to 6 months, or in your freezer for 6 to 12 months

Pancakes
2 cups mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

biscuits
2 1/4 cups mix
2/3 cup milk
drop by rounded Tablespoons onto cookie sheet or knead dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake 450 degrees 8 to 10 mins
