Pintober 2014: If you are nervous about cooking spaghetti squash like I was, don't be! It is so easy!
1. Heat for one minute
2. Slice in half length-wise
3. Remove seeds and membranes
4. Put squash in microwave safe bowl with 1/2 cup water
5. Cook for approx. 12 minutes
6. Remove strands with ford and prepare as desired!
