1. Make a slope of yerba mate in the gourd
2. add a splash of cold water to the "shallow" end of the yerba mate slope.
3. insert the bombilla (filter straw) firmly to the "shallow" end of the gourd.
4. pour hot water (between 70 - 80 deg Celcius) to the "shallow" end of the slope. Fill about 2/3
5. drink. top up once finished and pass on. continue this way until flavour is out.
