In today's video I will be showing you how to prepare Nigerian Akamu from scratch, all you need in preparing Nigerian akamu from scratch is dry corn, I ued dry corn I soaked it in the water for 5 days I was watching and changing water in the corn every morning I wash it rinse it and soaked it again after 5 days rinsed it and started grinding after grinding I seperating the chaff after the seperating I allowed it to settle in the water before I poured it in the bag to squeeze out the water and that is it my Nigerian Akamu was ready
