This is my first experiment in ripening green tomatoes. It was interesting, worked pretty good and I was happy that I tried! What I decided is that the taste is about the same as store bought tomatoes. Not very good at all. I think you're better make fried green tomatoes or tomato chutney. Lesson learned, let them ripen on the vine if you can!
