This is the only current fix to set your Fortnite priority in Task Manager to high (usually it would give you an "access denied" error). This should increase your performance, but ultimately it depends on the PC you have.

Directions:

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options

Create a new folder:
FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe

Create a new folder under the previous folder:
PerfOptions

Create a new DWORD (32 bit):
CpuPriorityClass

Double click, set value to 3
