Description from the creator

AQualityAppraisal.com/Blog This video shows how appraisers can make a quick simple statistical linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel. This is a great way to support adjustments for GLA (gross livable area) or time (market change). Other adjustments can also be supported like floor level on a condo or site size (I would focus on vacant land sales for site size adjustments because, at least in our market, the larger sites have bigger and better improvements thereby skewing the results). There are two blog posts in September of 2014 that go along with this video, so visit my blog for more information. Remember that this is a tool for supporting adjustments, and like with any method, is not always perfect, should be analyzed carefully and reconciled given all available information.
