Description from the creator

Its just not eye problems that are seen in computer professionals.Lot of neck problems, back problems, hand problems, carpal tunnel are cropping up in computer professionals.
All the professionals should restrict their working hours to 8-10 hours a day.If that is not possible they should take lot of breaks in between so that the whole body relaxes along with the eyes.
Basically posture of professionals is very important. They need to have a chair which supports the back with an arc which supports the curve of the backbone.Feet should be rested on the ground.Short persons need to have something so that feet relaxes.Chair should have arm rest so that hands are relaxed while reading something on computer.. nnNow a days with increasing use of laptops its really not an issue. But with desktops it is a problem. The height of the upper part of the desktop should not be higher than the eye level. It should be 45 degrees inclined down.Looking at the objects higher than eye level causes eyes open wider which causes lot of dryness..
