This causes lot of dryness.Most of the people sit in air conditioned rooms which is an important cause for dry eyes.Dry eyes cause lot of issues in computer professionals.Dryness causes watering, redness and irritation.Persons having dryness may feel like something has fallen into the eyes.They feel like rubbing and itching.
Simple exercise that can be done to control dryness and to relax the eyes is to look far away and blink 10-20 times now and then..
