Description from the creator

Do you spend a lot of time and money on your hair?

If so you know how important it is taking care of your hair at night.

When we sleep, the hair tangles and split, which is why it is very important to take care of it.

If you wake up daily with hair messed up, then you probably need to do these 4 things to take care of it at night to wake up with hair worth envying.

1. Sleep with dry hair
It is very important to sleep with dry hair.

Wet hair is more fragile and going to bed without drying it first can cause tangling and breakage.

If you shower at night, dry your hair with a blow dryer - always remembering to apply a heat protectant beforehand - then prepare for bed.

2. Brush your hair before bed

It is also important to brush it well before bed.

Try to use a natural bristle brush or comb to avoid tangling it further.

Try combing it from root to tip for several minutes.

This movement will also help distribute scalp oils so they don’t stay at the roots and you have healthier and shinier hair.

3. Braid it or put it on a loose bun

When we move at night, our hair tangles.

Before you sleep, braid your hair into one or two braids, however, you like it best, or twist your hair into a high bun so that your hair doesn’t move around during the night.

We recommend not using a classic hair tie, because it can also break your hair. Better use a scrunchie.

4. Apply a night treatment

If you already have damaged hair, with split ends or very dry, we recommend that you apply hair serum before sleeping.

You can also apply natural coconut oil before falling asleep and use it as a natural treatment.
