Description from the creator

The Army's med board process is no joke. In this video, I share some tips and advice on how to get through it. In my next video, I'll go into more detail about the process itself. I will also add what I've been up to for the past year. It's been rough, but stick with me, and we can get through it together.

The overall goal of 295 days includes PEB appeals, VA reconsiderations, Transition (leave/PTDY), and receiving benefits after separation.

Some soldiers do not go through appeals/reconsiderations, or use all of the leave available, so most of the time it does end up being much shorter. It took me 3 months from the start of my MEB to leaving my duty station, 1 month of leave, and then another month to receive my benefits, so mine was about 5 months total. I didn't have to appeal anything, so I was lucky. Total: ~150 Days
