There are various reasons an investor might want to end their relationship with Upper Edge. They might be moving back into the property, they could be selling it, or perhaps the two parties simply realize they are not a good fit for each other.

Regardless the situation, Upper Edge Property Management does not have a contract length to their management agreements and as a result, an investor is able to terminate the agreement at any time, without a notice period.

As stated in the video, it would be unlikely for an investor to terminate and then want the keys the same day, as there are normally procedures that have to be followed, giving the residents notice of the new management company. Normally the company and the investor will agree to a mutual termination date, paperwork will be prepared, keys transferred, etc and then the two parties can separate amicably.
