There are a variety of fishing stringers on the market. Keeping fish alive and fresh while fishing is important. I find a simple stringer with a pointed end and loop end are the cheapest and most effective at keeping fish alive. They also work great for small boats and kayaks without a live-well. Other options include metal stringers, fish baskets, and a large bucket. However, large fish will not fit within most fish baskets or buckets.
