In this video, I give an overall guideline to learning how to receive and send communication with nature spirits and elementals (but really this works for ALL natural elements).
Start by learning to clear your mind with yoga/meditation techniques. I forgot to mention in the video, when I was first learning to meditate, I found binaural beats extremely helpful for getting me into the right brain waves! Essential oils such as frankincense also helped me.
