Are your fish looking lazy, sick and lethargic? do your guppies have sunken in bellys, do your stingrays have stomach shrinkage? if your aquarium seems healthy and your water parameters are all in healthy ranges you may have stomach parasites or smalm worms living internally inside your fish. There is only one sure fire way to treat them, and it is with Epsom salt, deworming medicine like levamisol, flubendizol or API general cure.

here is the most effect method to use these products, it is shrimp safe so the deworming meds will not kill your red cherry shrimp, neocardina or caridina bolt, bee, crystal or tiger varieties of shrimp....nor should it kill many of your snails (but be aware some baby snails may become ill)
