In hand work is such a great activity to strengthen your horse, improve flexibility, responsiveness under saddle, and improve the relationship with your horse. I cover three in hand work exercises to practice. If you are a beginner learning, remember to reward the little tries. With a little practice, it won't be long before your horse picks this up :)

There are more types of ways to do in hand work with horses, but this should provide some basics to start. I hope this helps with your horse! 😊
