This is just a tutorial on how to get your iPhone to the main menu. If you tried all options and it still doesn't work, mabye you just need to update the device to the latest IOS 11.4.1

To download iTunes to your pc, here is a link :

apple.com/itunes/download/

Select your pc type:
Macintosh or windows

then input a email address, uncheck the 2 box if you dont wish to receive any news letters. then hit ok, download will begin. after downloading, run the file then proceed to installing.
