First of all install the Android App "InTouch App" on your phone.
Install Android App: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.Intou…

Once installed it will ask you to create a new account. Create one and verify your phone number. Cool, Now go to settings and tap on the option "Select contact accounts to sync" and then Turn ON the toggle against WhatsApp Contacts.

Great, now let head to the PC and install the "InTouchApp Chrome Extension". chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/intouchapp-fo…

Once installed, it will ask you to login. Enter the Same Phone Number or email address that you set in the InTouch Android App. The Chrome extension will start verifying your credential.

Cool, Now Open web.whatsapp.com on your PC and login. Now if you click on chat, you will see an option to "Save Contact". Simply click on it and choose whether you want to Add an Existing Contact or Add a new Contact. Now if you click on Add to Existing, you will see another pop up where you can enter the other details of the desired Contact. Enter accordingly and click on Save Contact. You will see a message saying contact added successfully.

Now to see the contact on your phone, all you need to do is Open the InTouch App, click on the 3 dot menu and then tap on sync Now. The app will back up all your contacts and will also show the newly added contacts in the phonebook.
