To do so, Go to start menu and click on the Settings Icon, Settings App will open. Here click on the Option Privacy. Privacy settings menu will open and here if you scroll a bit, you will see the Option "Background Apps" click on it. Now on the right side of the screen, you will see all the Apps running in the Background of your Windows 10 PC. Now you can either disable each one of them individually or Go to this Option "Let App run in the background" and turn it OFF. Let me turn it OFF.

As soon as you do that, you will see that all the background Apps are OFF or we can say disabled just by turning OFF this option. If you want to enable the background Apps to keep on running, follow the same process and turn this ON.

Please note that this feature is available only on Windows 10 Creator Update.

That's it, This is How you can disable all background Apps at once in Windows 10.
