SIwave提供簡單的流程來提取信號網絡的S參數。 但是，當頻率高於10 GHz時，默認算法在某些關鍵結構上可能不夠準確。 例如，多層過孔或墊下的空隙。 幸運的是，用戶可以為這些關鍵結構定義HFSS區域以獲得可靠的結果。

SIwave provides easy flow to extract S parameters of signal nets. However, when frequency is higher than 10 GHz, default algorithm may be not accurate enough at some critical structure. For example, multi-layer vias or void under pads. Fortunately, user can define HFSS region for these critical structure to get reliable result.
