Watch the full video to know How to archive photos in Google Photos.

First of all get the get the latest version of Google Photos. Once done, Open the App. Now Open any photo and click on the 3 dot menu. Here you will see the Option " Archive". If you click on it, for the first time, it will show a warning message saying " You'll still see it in albums, search results & your Archive. Simply click on Done and your Photo will be archived.

To unarchive any photo, tap on this Menu icon and Tap on the option "Archive". You will see all the archived Photos here. Open the photo, click on the 3 dot menu and select unarchive. That's it.
