For This, iam using adobe after effects / photoshop, these steps applied to any windows application..

1. Windows Search for Firewall (Windows Firewall with advanced security)
2. Click on Inbound Rule
3. Rightside, select new rule
4. Select program, click on next
5. Select Program you want to block(Executable file(32 bit or 64 bit apps) - Program path (Browse..it..!)
6.Block the connection..
same for out bound Rule..!
Inbound Rule & Out Bound Rule Must be applied for a single Windows Application for complete block..
