I will show you two ways of doing it:
• With the use of Local Group Policy Editor
• or with the Registry Editor, if you have Windows Home edition.
Here we go.

One of the differences between Windows Home and Pro or Enterprise versions is the absence of the Group Policy Editor. That is why most of the fine-tuning work in Windows Home editions cannot use the convenient graphical interface of gpedit.msc, but has to use the Registry Editor. This way is not so visualized and it’s riskier, with growing chances to get something wrong in your operating system.
