In this video you will learn;

1. How to determine your lean body mass

Its very easy to get to equation:

total body weight (200 lb) - % of bf (20)

(bf).20 x 200 (bodyweight) = 40

200 lb (bodyweight) - 40 = 160 pounds of lean body mass (LBM)
