How to cancel flight ticket in ixigo.com?

Hi friends, in this video we discuss about 'how to cancel flight ticket in ixigo.com? If you have booked a flight ticket and you want to cancel the ticket then what to do. For ixigo flight ticket cancellation follow the following steps.
1. Go to google and go to ixigo.com.
2. After open ixigo home page click on the 'My account' sign on the right upper corner of the page.
2. After click on the icon you have to enter your mobile number or email id in this new page which you have given at the time of booking and click on 'login'.
3. Now an OTP will receive on your mobile number enter it in this page and click on 'verify'
4. After verify your OTP a massage will appear saying that you are successfully login in to your account.
5. Again go to 'My account' sign and click on it, then you will see another some options click on 'my bookings' option.
6. After click on my bookings you will see your upcoming bookings. Click on the booking witch you wish to cancel.
7.Now the details of your ticket will be seen on the screen. Click on 'proceed to cancellation' option on the lower right side of the page.
8. In this page you have to select your booking to be cancelled and select the reason of cancellation. click on 'calculate refund' option.
9. A new page will open where you will see your refundable amount. You have to click on 'cancel booking' option finally.
10. Now a massage will appear your cancellation request in progress.
