Description from the creator

If you're using Google Chrome then it has an internal page that will show you the amount of data transferred during your current session & the total amount of data being transferred ever since this net internals Bandwidth capturing feature was added in your Google Chrome.

So to know how much bandwidth/data is transferred during your current session, Just open a new tab in Chrome browser & paste this in address bar: chrome://net-internals/#bandwidth & then press enter.

Now, check the original (KB) row of this table & there you will find bandwidth consumption data in kilobytes (KB) for the current session & total from the day this feature was added.

Now Lets talk about Savings (KB)

It is useful only in the mobile chrome for iOS & Android if data saving proxy is enabled, but you can save bandwidth by installing Data Compression Proxy for Google Chrome on Desktop (goo.gl/xOjNxV)

Green: Data Compression Proxy is Enabled
Red: Data Compression Proxy is Disabled.

Savings = Original - Received.

Thanks for watching.
