Check out the video or follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go into the Settings app on your device and tap on General.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the General screen and tap on Accessibility. Then under "Hearing," turn on Custom Vibrations.

Step 3: Go to your home screen and open the Phone app. Find the contact you wish to set a custom vibration for and tap on it.

Step 4: Press the Edit button in the top right corner, then swipe down to "vibration" and tap on it. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Create New Vibration.

Step 5: Tap out your custom vibration pattern, then press Stop. You can now preview your vibration using the Play button, or rerecord it by pressing Record.

Step 6: Once you're happy with the vibration pattern you've created, tap on Save in the top right corner. Enter a name for your vibration and press Save again. Now tap on Done in the top left corner, and again in the top right corner on the contact's main screen.

Next time your iPhone is in silent mode and you get a call, the new custom vibration you've created for that contact will be used instead of the standard vibration.
