If you’r Laptop/Pc User Go to mypublicwifi.com Download & Install “My Public Wifi “
Open & Select Automatic Hotspot Configuration

Network name (SSID)
Give your Network Name
Give Network Key (8 characters)

Mark enable internet sharing
Select Your Data Source Then Click Setup & Start Hotspot
Now Check by another Device & Enjoy your wifi network
Note: for pc Use wifi adapter for pc

2nd way
Go to pc.ucweb.com Download ‘uc browser for pc’
Install & open this browser
Now Click This icon
Then Click Trun on uc free wifi
Enjoy Now your wifi network 
You can Change your network name & password here !
