Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Instagram account from a desktop computer:
1. Go to Instagram.com and login
2. Go to instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
3. In the dropdown select the reason for deleting your Instagram account.
4. Enter any required information and your Instagram password.
5. Select the Permanently delete my account button

Important notes about permanently deleting your Instagram account. Once your Instagram account is deleted all images, stories, and history are gone forever. Additionally, the Instagram account name that was deleted can never be used again.
