How to insert dotted lines in Microsoft Office Word?
We have a very simple and easy way to complete the above question in seconds. There are options to change dash lines among several line types as well as line coloring. It is customizable with adjusting it's length and width. We will guide you to follow this in 10 simple steps.

1- Open Microsoft Word (any version)
2- Go to Insert tab from file menu
3- Click on Shapes and Find Lines at the very first numbers
4- Choose the line type you would like to insert or draw in file
5- Click on start point of line and drag the mouse till ending point
6- Press the Shift button to draw a straight line in vertical or horizontal way
7- Now Click on line and choose Format from File Menu
8- Select Shape Outline and choose Weight. Choose your desired weight in PT's.
9- Choose the Line color from mentioned colors
10- Selected the line type under Dashes.
