To Enable Synonyms Feature in Microsoft Word Document, follow these steps:
Open ‘Control Panel’- ‘Programs’ ‘Programs and Features’ - Right click on ‘Microsoft Office Program’ – click ‘Change’.
In the new Window, circle ‘Add or Remove Features’ – Continue
Expand ‘Office Shared Features’ – Right click on ‘Proofing Tools’ – click ‘Run all from my computer’ – Click ‘Continue’ – Wait till the configuration setting will be completed…!
You have done it…! Reopen your MS Word File..!
