Method 1:
Open the Device Manager and locate the fingerprint driver software in your computer as shown in this video. Right click on it and click “Updater Driver”. In the next window, click “Search automatically for updated driver software”. If you are connected to internet, the Windows will automatically find and install an updated driver for your system. If your system has already one, go to the previous window, right click on the fingerprint driver software and then click “Uninstall device”. In the pop-up window, remove checkmark towards “Delete the driver software for the device” and click “Uninstall”. Then in the device manager window, click on the second tab “Action” and click on “Scan for hardware changes”- THEN restart your computer…
Method 2:
