Ye Problem aksar aati hai jb hum GSTR - DSC pe kaam kartein hai,
ye video usi ka ek solution hai jo bohot hi easy hai.

Follow kr lo simple steps ko:-
Latest JAVA LINK:-java.com/en/download/
Latest Emsigner:-gst.gov.in/help/docsigner

STEPS to FIX the issue,

1step, Install latest Java and Emsigner.

2step, Quit the Emsigner from system tray icon.

3step, CMD (as admin) netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1

4step, Open Chrome - settings - advanced - content settings - javascripttttttt - under allow tab click "add" on right side - and
add this address- 127.0.0.1:1585 and also 120.0.0.1:1585

5step, Run Chrome and open link 127.0.0.1:1585 on advanced link click proceed

6step, Run emsigner as administrator.

7step, Now you can sign your GSTR using DSC.
