How To Flash Tasmota On A Sonoff Mini with Firmware Version 3.5.0

In this video I show you how to flash Tasmota on a Sonoff Mini with Firmware Version 3.5.0. If you performed the update to this version, the old tutorials how to flash Tasmota no longer work. I spent some time reading up on forums and trying various solutions until I found out how to do it properly. Follow this guide and you should be able to do it easily.

In ARC:
Press the + sign to add a New Request Editor. Change method from GET to POST. Set the Request URL: IP_OF_SONOFF_MINI:8081/zeroconf/info.
In Request Parameters choose BODY. Make sure Body Content Type is set to application/json. In the json code box insert the following:

Press the SEND button in the top right corner. Then if you got the 200 OK response, check the info at the bottom of the page (details in the video).

To set ota_unlock from FALSE to TRUE, change the Request URL to IP_OF_SONOFF_MINI:8081/zeroconf/ota_unlock. Leave the rest exactly the same and press SEND button in the top right corner.

Replace the IP_OF_WEB_SERVER with your web server IP address and the SHA256 sum with your file's output. Press the SEND button again and if you get the 200 OK response, wait about a minute and check the available WIFI Networks on your desktop computer. You should see a new hotspot named Tasmota_XXXXXXX, where XXXXXX will be the device ID.
