How to generate Google Form to PDF & auto-send document/PDF via email

PerformFlow is a Google Forms add-on that can automatically turn submission from Google Form to PDF or document.
With PerformFlow, you can set Google Docs or Sheets template to generate Google Form to PDF. And every time you receive a submission, a PDF/document will be auto-generated to your Google Drive.
Optionally, you can add recipients as email addresses. These recipients will then auto-receive the generated PDF/document when a submission is turned from Google Form to PDF.

In this video, we will show how to generate Google Form to PDF & auto-send it via email with PerformFlow:

Step 1: Select a Google Form you want to use and open PerformFlow add-on

Step 2: If you want to see a demo of Google Form to PDF, click on "Try Demo - PDF Generation". If you already have your questions set, click "Begin Setup".
You can then select "Generate document/PDF only" mode if you only want to generate Google Form to PDF.
Or select "Generate & send document/PDF only" mode if you also want to send generated PDF/document to other people.

After selection, wait a few seconds to open Configuration menu where you can setup Google Form to PDF generation.

Step 3: Configure your PDF/document generation, including:
- Adding Google Docs or Sheets template for PDF/document generation.
- Select Google Drive destination folder to save generated PDF/document.
- Set PDF/document naming rule when generating Google Form to PDF.
- Add recipients in order to auto-send generated PDF/document to them (if you choose "Generate & send document/PDF only" mode)

Step 4: Click Save and try sending a submission by yourself!
