In this video tutorial, we'll learn how to install 4MLinux on VMware Workstation. You can also use VMware Player which is free for personal use. This tutorial also helps for installing 4MLinux 18 on physical computer or laptop. We'll also install some extensions such as Firefox and VLC Player on 4MLinux.

What is 4MLinux?
4MLinux is a mini Linux distribution focusing on four capabilities:
- Maintenance (system rescue Live CD)
- Multimedia (playing video DVDs and other multimedia files)
- Miniserver (using the inetd daemon)
- Mystery (mproviding several small Linux games)

4mLinux Minimum System Requirements
The minimum requirements are:
- 1024 MB of RAM (when 4MLinux is run as a live CD/USB)
- 128 MB of RAM and 1 GB of free disk space (when 4MLinux is installed to a HDD)
