How To Link To A Time In A YouTube Video ✅
If you want to link to a time in a YouTube video, there are 2 main methods of how to do it:
First is, if you already have your time already selected for when you want to link your video from, for example, 45 seconds, right-click on the actual video, you'll see this dropdown comes up with "Copy video URL at current time"
Select that.
Open a new tab.
Right-click, select Paste, or press CTRL + V, and hit Enter.
Your video will load and will automatically start playing at the 45 second mark.
The second method is to go down to the share button.
You'll see an option of "Start at"
Put in, for example, 45 seconds, and click away from it.
It adds a little string at the end of the URL of "?t=45s"
Select that, click Copy, or CTRL + C, paste it at the top.
Just so you know, you can also enter at the end of any URL "?t=(seconds you want to start at)"
That'll go to a certain specified time.
That's how to link to a time in a YouTube video!
