Note in latest update in Windows 10 you can manage this directly in Settings - System - Storage and change where your computer saves certain files.

If you have multiple Windows based computers, laptops, phones, tablets, etc. I highly recommend this! Check out my video on how to setup Microsoft Skydrive as a way to sync your devices together. This has made life so much simpler.

This will work on any PC running Windows Vista or newer. May also work on Windows XP and before, but the steps will be different. You can also use the Android or iPhone app to sync up your phone or tablet.
