How to Stop other Users from Installing Programs in Windows 10

To stop other user accounts from installing applications in your Windows 10 computer, do the following.
go to "C:\Windows\System32\gpedit.msc" and right click on gpedit I Run as administrator. There are two settings changes to be made in the "Local Group Policy Editor" window. One under "Computer Configuration". The Second under "User Configuration"
1- Computer configuration I Administrative Templates I Windows Components I Windows Installer I open "Always install with elevated privileges" and disable it!
2- "User Configuration" I Administrative Templates I Windows Components I Windows Installer I open "Always Install with elevated privileges" and set it to "Disabled" I Apply I OK
