How to use DDEX exchange?

Note:
1. Transaction times vary depending on the gas price and gas limit used. On an average, transactions take less than 1 minute.
2. In a limit order system, ideally DDEX would like to give their users the best possible price when they place their orders. This would have limit orders match against existing order book orders at the price of the order on the book, not at the price of the taker order. However, the current decentralized order schema based on 0x protocol is not able to do this (this is an issue all 0x relayers currently face). DDEX currently uses the "matching" mode of the 0x protocol to settle trades (0xproject.com/wiki#Matching). In this model, the relayer matches both the maker and taker orders to complete a trade. This works perfectly if both the maker and taker specify the same price. However, if different prices are selected by the maker and taker which still results in a trade, a price differential issue can occur. Since the price of every order is signed by the maker and taker once they submit to the order book, the relayer cannot change the exchange rate afterwards, even if a better trade is found!
