How to use Nvidia Ansel

You noticed" Ansel can be activated using Alt + F2" or have the issue of "Ansel session can't be activated at the moment"?
I was able to run NVIDIA ANSEL in the following games when testing (all available on Steam):
Redout Enhanced Edition
Super Inefficient Golf
Wetwork
Hitman 2 (2018)

For this video I tried using ANSEL in the following applications:
Borderlands 2
Half-Life 2 (HL2) also Episode 2
ATOM RPG
Switchblade
Euro Truck Simulator 2
ARMA 3
Deus Ex Human Revolution
Unturned
but it didn't work.

GeForce Experience is not needed and does not help with NVIDIA Ansel. It shows the "Press Alt + Z to use GeForce Experience in-game overlay" notification and that works but it is unrelated to Ansel.

You can only use Ansel (in a game that supports it) if you have a graphics card that works with it: GeForce RTX 2060, 2080 Ti 2080, 2070, GTX 1080 Ti, 1080, 1070 Ti, 1070, 1060, 1050 Ti, 1050, TITAN X, 980 Ti, 980, 980M, 970 (that's the one I use), 970M, 965M, 960, 960M, 950, 950M, 880M, 870M, 860M, 850M, TITAN Black, TITAN, 780 Ti, 780M, 780, 770, 770M, 765M, 760, 760M, 750 Ti (my old card), 750, 690, 680, 670, 660, 650 Ti BOOST, 680MX, 650 Ti, 650, 660M, 670M, 670MX, 675MX, 680M. AMD/ATI cards unfortunately do not work with it and there is no Ansel alternative available.
