In today's tutorial, we will teach you how to view only unread emails in Outlook 2019.
Launch Outlook app.
You can see the list of emails on the left side of the window. If you click on ‘Unread’ tab, you will see a list of only unread emails.
There’s another way to view unread messages. Go to ‘Folder’ tab and click on ‘New Search Folder’. Choose ‘Unread Mail’ and click ‘Ok’. You will now have a folder called ‘Unread Mail’. You can click on it and view only unread messages. If you want, you can simply move the folder up the list for a more comfortable view.
