Welcome to this video! Here we run through a few basic tips that will help you learn to bodysurf and catch that wave! We are not experts, but have a bit of experience bodysurfing in waves hitting the West Coast of France (Soulac sur Mer), coming in from the Atlantic Ocean.
The waves filmed in this video are not particularly big, but they're good enough to get started and can take you a fair distance when you take them further out from the shore (low tide in this case).
