Description from the creator

Daily Lama EP63: How to calculate your VO2MAX from your step-test results. Dr Stephen Lane takes us through:

- What is VO2MAX.
- What does it predict.
- What are the limitations.
- How do we calculate it.
- Case studies / experience.

PPO/MAP = Value from your step test. See video here on how to perform the step-test: goo.gl/dxETHa

Calculations:

VO2 L/min = (0.01141 * PPO) + 0.435
= RESULT L/min.
= RESULT * 1000 (to convert ml to L)
... (RESULT * 1000) / body mass (Kg)
= YOUR VO2MAX mL/Kg/min.
