In brief

You’ll learn a structured approach to safely harden your knuckles and fists for self-defense, based on the creator’s experience in Muay Thai and boxing. The guide avoids common mistakes like bare-knuckle heavybag strikes and focuses on controlled conditioning. Best for those with some martial arts background who want to toughen their hands responsibly.

Questions & answers

What’s the biggest mistake to avoid?

Punching hard surfaces like brick walls or using bare knuckles on a heavybag.

Description from the creator

I've recently began conditioning my knuckles, hands, and wrists for self defense. After years of competing in Muay Thai and boxing, I noticed a few bad habits with my fists when punching. I still cringe when I see people hitting a heavybag bare knuckle, with the skin cracked and bleeding. So I decided to build a knuckle hardening program and share it with this easy-to-follow guide.

CAUTION: knuckle conditioning can be a risky activity. It is your choice if you wish to partake -- not mine! This guide is meant to prevent people from doing it incorrectly (i.e. punching brick walls!).
